help

I'd really like to give center pin fishing a shot.  At the current time my budget is a little tight though.  Does anyone have any reccomendations on good places to look for used reels? 

Has anyone heard of these BLACKFISH CENTRE PIN REEL 2BB 100mm SPOOL 

How would that work?
