somethings fishy?

Stayed at Capt. Cove a few years back and swapped some tales with a group from N.J. Told us that had really hammered some big browns on a stream not too far away and even invited us to tag along the next day. We eagerly went along to the so-called Hot-Spot; which happened to be a stream that we had fished before. Started out at a fair distance away as to not crowd these fellows. As the morning wore on I got close enough to observe some tatics of fishing that would make a preacher swear. I did see some browns landed; but none legal. Even as they snagged fish and knew that I was nearby didn't seem to deter them one bit. In fact; they seemed to be proud of it.
