Dubbing

What is the best way to apply dubbing to the string to get  neat fly. I am having trouble keeping the dubbing neat, and on the string.. I have been using the dubbing wax but idk.

Jack shoot me a PM,I switched computers over a while back lost some addy's.Been busy lately ,had a bout with a staph infection in my knee, nasty bugger..Been in the hospital for a bunch of days recently..Also really not following the board much anymore toooooooo many different topics and alot of my friends have been shying away also ,good thing about it is the PM part of it lets you talk quickly and keep it to yourself without all the clutter this site is starting to lean toward.Ray
