Cattaraugus Bridge Construction

Does anyone know if the bridge construction that muddied the Catt up last season is comlpeted?  Have the banks been stabilized and so on?
 
Just curious.

    This project wont be done till 2009 or 10.  Currently, the project isn't effecting the creek too much other then their retention ponds draining into it causing a stain.  If we start getting a lot of rain this fall, the effects may change.
