PA Opener, Erie County (pics)

After about 500 miles on the truck and countless hours scouting last week, we found a hot field for monday.  Birds ate us up all morning, we ended up killing an 8 man limit of 24 total.  Everybody shot great, it was a great way to start the season.

The Lord has blessed us all today... It's just that he has been particularly good to me.

    Krott,

Mossy Oak said that you only have late season hunting spots.  Guess he lied once again. lol  Way to go my man.  Me, You and Mossy Oak need to get together soon and wack some honkers.

I am trying to line them up on the Yough River for Mossy Oak this weekend but haven't been seeing them like I normally do.  But I can say this more ducks then ever so far this year.  You may have to make a trip to the Yough to hunt some ducks with us if I can get Mossy away from the new lady.

Hell yeah man, Im always up for killing some ducks.  We will all have to do a hunt in the morning and fish the rest of the day for steel sometime this year also.

I saw you guys out there.....I don't live far at all from where you guys hunt!

We shot 13 down the road a ways!

That evening on a dove field, I left a couple hours before the days end with a limit, but I think our group shot about 90-100 birds!

For my fishing reports, product reviews, stories, and other nonsense...
