misery bay and the lagoons

Can U nightfish these areas in a canoe. Is there different regs since the state park is there. If U can nightfish these areas would dobbins be the best spot to put-in since the park closes at sunset. Tried to look up the regs but found nothing concerning nightfishing restrictions in these areas.

    The park is closed at night. so you would have to put in at the city side....heckuva paddle.
