FISHING TOMORROW???

thinking about  hitting the tribs  tomorrow .. and searching  for some open water (or bring  a mallet and make some open water ) any way  My fishing partner  shanked  out   and it looks like i will be making the trip up from the burgh  alone .. was wondering  how may of you  would make the trip solo?  i have  done it before  but it sucks !its been three weeks  and I dont care if all i catch is a cold  I need to get out...

    Definitely bring your mallet and be sure to have some good snow tires.  The ice fishing is your best bet for tomorrow.

    no worries  Have all terrain  and a big suv .. but seen some reports  that its just  shore ice on elk ?  no matter   will bring a carpenters  hammer too..

    Hard to say brandy run spiked up and is now back down.  Have only heard one post from greenroof inn saying ice down in the lower stretches.  Good luck.  I'm heading up next weekend.
