Shame they couldn't revive it.  Hammerheads one of the hardest to release after a long fight.  Fish of a lifetime.

    That is a monster, very cool.  Thanks for posting.  I watched a vid last week on Instagram or something of a big hammerhead chasing bait up to the beach and all the swimmers scattering  It maybe wasn't as big as this one but it wasn't little either...pretty funny.  That shark was certainly interested in what he was chasing, lots of white water.

    Monster. I remember hooking a 30lb bull red from the beach, 50lb braid, 13 ft rod and it took me 30 mins. Pulled harder than any freshwater fish I've ever caught. 
    Couldn't Imagine being on the shore, on the other end of that rod, with an S10 on the line.
