Hello everyone I was looking for a new reel and found an article about . Who uses such , never before heard?

    I will suggest you Daiwa Goldcast Spincast Reel.. You will definitely love this...

    I find that the Daiwa undercast is the best one on the market for the money. This reels you can run on a spinning rod vs the typical casting rod that a "spin cast" reel would use. Click the link below and check it out.

    Daiwa Silvercast 100 and Zebco 33 cast light lures 40' using 6# test braid and that's casting a 1/24 oz jig + plastic.
    Tips:
    • Key when using braid in a spincast reel is the hole size the line comes out of. The line unravels from the spool just like for spinning reels and must have the least resistance going out. The hole is too small on many spincast reels for braid.
    • I also hand-wind the line around the spool so that it's even. Any loops on the spool and the cast is cut short. 
    • Silicone spray inside the cap after making sure it's clean.
    • Light action rods are best for casting light lures.
    I alternate between spinning and spincast reels for no good reason except spinning sometimes tires my wrist and hand.

    Update on spincast reels in general and braid:
    Some spincast reels do not cast light lures using braid due to braid's slightly coarser texture and especially of the cap's line exit hole is small. In that case, fluorocarbon or mono work far better casting a longer distance, without hanging, 1/16 oz or heavier lures.
