surprise in the mail

Yesterday I received my 2-b doe tag,while opening the envelope I noticed something strange.Upon investigating, I found that there was another envelope stuck to the back of mine,must have stuck there because of the heat melting the glue on one of them. I put it back in the mail as I am sure that the person was waiting for it. A first for me..   sam

    Hopefully it wasn't mine or my daughters!  
    I saw my checks cashed but I haven't received ours yet.  I did send in late to Westmoreland Co. treasurer....as always......
