No new ice formed from this mornings snowfall that I could tell. Where I was, was wide open water.

What is the purpose of killing a beaver?  serious question.

My property is over run with them they are flooding everything killing trees.I don't mind them in general but they need to be thinned out when they become a problem. They have several properties flooded about 100 acers under water that was not when I moved here 12 years ago.
Learning to tan them myself not worth selling fur Ill have a new fishing hat for next steelhead season...WCW

Geese and ducks are happy Captain...they drown more trees then they chew down. They took out a dozen mature apple trees back by my deer stands water just keeps inching up.I don't see myself trapping them anywhere else just defending our property.Interesting critters have learned a lot about them I had no idea they were so big always see the lil ones- they can swim for 15 minutes underwater/ice without surfacing...WCW
