Most of us weather junkies look at the forecast everyday hoping for signs of rain.  Well, I thought I would start a weather thread.
Looks like it is on the way.  Streams should blow out if we get what they are calling for.
 
FISH ON
 
Tonight
Showers and thunderstorms likely, mainly after 1am.  Increasing clouds, with a low around 64. Breezy, with a south wind 15 to 23 mph, with gusts as high as 39 mph.  Chance of precipitation is 70%. New rainfall amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.
Sunday
A chance of showers and thunderstorms before 8am.  Cloudy through mid morning, then gradual clearing, with a high near 72. Southwest wind 8 to 17 mph, with gusts as high as 31 mph.  Chance of precipitation is 30%. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.

Sunday Night
Showers and thunderstorms, mainly after midnight.  Low around 62. Southeast wind 3 to 7 mph.  Chance of precipitation is 80%. New rainfall amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.

Columbus Day
Rain before noon, then a chance of showers after noon.  High near 70. East wind around 7 mph.  Chance of precipitation is 80%. New precipitation amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.

Even if they rise somewhat, they will be drained down in about day or two. It might help scatter some fish, but with all the posted ground upstream on most creeks it's only a temporary help.

Got my fingers crossed for yinz.

I don't do the trout dance no more but I do enjoy, the memories of fishing my local streams by, reading yinz stories.

Thanks, gf and I are goin mup next weekend, probably going to catch feesh and shoot an unbearably long go pro video that will instantly put 100 anglers on every spot in Erie county, cuz im an intitled muhlenneal who needs instant gratification. Should be almost perfect.

I thought about getting one of of those GoPro's until it crossed my mind, with my stupid luck, I'd record something that could incriminate me in a court of law. 🎃

Well after the deluge the Brandy Run Gauge went  up 3 inches, and is now about one inch above where it was Sunday morning.

Jeez if fog could affect stream levels, my locals will be roaring for two days and three nights. Took my bumpus hounds for a early morning stroll and I know darned well, if it wasn't for them, I'd still be looking for my house.

Beautiful day in the forecast for today with stormy weather on the menu for tomorrow. (well, not stormy, but it sounds more dramatic(by TWC standards))

1/2" possible for daytime in my little piece of Penn's Woods with another 'might be' 1|4" in the evening.

Ahh the memories, waiting for the local streams, returning to normal after a good 'ground soaker'. It became a 24 hour watch, waiting for the levels to drop and the water color (that perfect green tint) signaling 'trout time'.

Neighbor, it didn't matter if a guy was working, at school or eating supper when the water was about to hit that exact shade of green "everyone" knew it anddd we didn't have, no "stupid" internet.

Fish on fellas, let them pics roll. Ummn... please, no vids.
