Kayak launches on the bay?

I'm wanting to run up to fish the bay out of a Hobie Pro Angler in August sometime.  What's the best launch(es) for a kayak up there?

    Pretty much all the ones out on the bay would work. look at the maps and decide where you want to focus on fishing.
