Asking as a "muphere",a "tourist"or whatever else some elitests like to call people that aren't from their piece of earth.💀

How about when will Elk have a MOUTH again...Walnut is all new concrete and rock walls meanwhile Elk has no mouth come on PFBC put a lil effort into Elk...if MA NATURE doesn't make a new mouth by fall the steelhead wont get in the creek then you will hear some real complaints...WCW

I was up there a few weeks ago, in much better shape than last year. Cements completed, they have ladders setup every 40 feet or so for boats.

Its a lot more open as well. So hopefully they'll crack down on people leaving their trash.

I hope your right buddy. But i am refering to the work they are doing at the stop sign hole in project waters. I heard they made the creek deeper and put a wall of some sort up?

I think they spend tons on Walnut 'cause of the marina, which generates money; the Commissions only concern.

Never try to argue with an idiot. They'll bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Is the concrete up to Route 5 yet?

(I do believe this will serve as the first "up to route 5" joke of the 2017-2018 steelhead season)

They didn't do a whole lot to it, they did deepen it some and put a couple of log chutes in similar to what TU does if you're familiar with their work
