d, tim shared the story of his overbooking incident. what a way to run a business, eh? he may make the coin now but as time goes on the word spreads, he'll pay the price.
It wasn't one overbooking, although it was the worst offense. It's been 4 years in a row, renting a place for 25-45 guys for 4 days. Every year there is a new staff there. All of them mad at John for pulling the same stuff, overbooking & leaving angry "customers" to argue it out & solve his mistakes, while he gives the old aw schucks, guys, I don't know how this happened routine - "literally every weekend". He's a scumbag of the worst kind

I won't share the details but after an attempted business relationship for over a year I backed out and won't do business there ever again. Same thing, new person every few months, no one knew what was going on, and unfulfilled promises. One of the most unprofessional situations I've ever encountered.
