There's 1 in four mile. None in seven mile. 3 in twelve mile. 6 in sixteen mile. 5 in twenty mile. But they're pretty spread out.

bigger, deeper streams are more likely to have more fish this early in the season. If it was me, I'd be throwing spoons at a creek mouth. Any Creek mouth.

how far a drive is it for you?
have you ever been to any of the popular creeks??
will dad drive you after school on a weekday  or are you talking weekends??
 
there will be/are some fish in the creeks ..but there will be  more people than fish this weekend too
 
if you're close enough to come during the week right after school, you'll increase your odds

yeah im only 14 haha i live right outside of wesleyville so i can ride a bike to 4 mile but all the other creeks are a little to far to ride. it depends on the day during the week, ive only ever been to the mile creeks ive never been to walnut or trout run or anything like that

yeah your right ive seen many people do that early in the season but i dont have a lot of tackle see im only 14 so i cant get a job and i dont get and allowance so i dont have money to get fishing stuff, my dad doesnt like me fishing anyway he says its a waiste of money and time so he doesnt help me out at all, i have a weird rod with a decent reel i got from my friend but i have like no tackle i have a vest but theres not much in it and just a pair of boots i dont have waders or anything thats why im eager to fish now because i cant go in the winter because my boots will flood and the waters to cold and i cant cast from the bank because theres to many people, ya know?

He's a good kid.  I think Hed got him started guiding in Alaska.  He's been doing that every summer since & heads to a couple of different southern locales for the winters.  I've fished with him a few times in the last couple of years.
