Poor Richards Smoked Cajun

Hey guys I just got back from New York. Does anyone know the recipe for Poo Richard's Cajun Smoked or know if it is even worth calling them for it? I did not intend this to be a "I have the best smoked steel/salmon recipe" post. I have had many cajun smoked and hands down they have it!

They used to sell their brine and their Cajun seasoning. I've bought plenty from them and smoked my own fish.

Do you know if they still sell it?

Thank you Fishrgirl, They still do sell the brine and seasoning. Brine and Seasoning was around $15... Can't wait...
