Elk Creek Smallmouth

I was wondering if anyone could I.M. me any info on when smallmouth come in to Elk creek and how far up they go.I went for the first time last year and think I missed it.

    It would be the first two weeks of bass season they go in the creek to lay there eggs best bait I found was crawfish but not sire what's going on with that but bass send out a smell that bring crawfish out to defend there home so pretty much there favorite food. Hope that helps

    look for water temps approaching 60 degrees.
