newbie

Hello everyone. I just found this site a while back and have enjoyed reading all of your posts. thought maybe i'd finally throw my own up. I know i'm a little out of season, but i recently purchased a new set of waders and was wondering if anybody had any tips for wading pymy for walleyes in the spring. I've donne alot of shore fishing there for crappie, but have no ideas as far as tackle, setups, and areas for walleye fishing. Also looking for info on french creek. Heard there is a lot of hogs there. Anything will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.     CRAPPIE_SLAYER

Welcome slayer. Wading the beaches at night and throwing rapalas or jigs work well. If you can get a boat and go to one of the islands and wade around them, you,ll catch some.

Thanks. Will have to try the beaches out. No luck on a boat though, that's why i bought the waders. Saved me a coulpe of $$ over a boat.

Welcome! Fish pymy a lot with a camp up there but never do any wading. Thought about it a few times but never really got out. You can also check older posts though, I'm sure they have some more info for you.
