Catskill trout info

Well as long as I'm back on the board, here's a question. Any one have any first hand experiance with winter trout in the Windham area of the Catskills. The Esopus, Schoharie are nearby the house.  Going up there for several days after Christmas so the kids can ski. But the weather looks like it may be more conducive to a little mid day fishing. Any help appreciated.

    Been many many years but caught some nice trout in and around the phonecia area. Stayed at uncle Pete's campground and fished surrounding waters accessible from there mostly. There was a fly shop in town (phonecia) back then. I'd assume there's still one there that could help. Good luck
