It,s easy to say add more law enforcement undercover, but who is goin to pay for this. And let,s remember that the salmon run is not the only outdoor event happening at this time of the year in this area.

Can't wait till Spring- gonna go fish the Lamprey spawn. Gonna start a Revolution- a Revolution I tell ya!
Gotta be some culture that will pay big $ for such a palletable and illusive creature.
