Yough at Confluence

Is the section of the Yough between Confluence and Ohiopyle open to fishing year round?

Yes, it is. About 1 1/2 mile from confluence is ram cat run. From there to the rt 381 bridge at Ohiopyle falls under trophy trout regs but its all open to fishing year round.

Ditto what BH said, it's regulated under "All Tackle Trophy Trout" rules. Keep an eye on the outflow though, according to the reservoir forecast, they're running the dam off at 1600 CFS.
