12 year old catches state record largemouth

Just saw this article about a kid in Maryland that caught the new state record. That would be pretty awesome. Can't imagine how excited his dad must be.

    Still glad we have the public water stipulation in PA for records.

    Cold, dont understand the purpose of your comment "Still glad we have the public water stipulation in PA for records." unless you know something we dont?

    If you read the article it tells.you that the fish was caught in a farm pond in Maryland.in Pa a fish has to be caught in public water meaning that anyone with a liscense has to have access to the water for it to qualify as a state record meaning no farm ponds.
