I fished with Todd Fulmer of Windjammer charters and always had a good time.  I never went for Walleye with Ironhed (Ken Nulph) from Buckets Charters but would still highly recommend him from what I know about him.  I would imagine a date at this late in the year may be tough to find.

Honestly you probably can't go wrong with any of them.  If you want to avoid trolling and want to cast I believe only Seawolf Charters does that.

Dont bother with a PA walleye charter in september. Once the fall blows come most of the walleye head west. We did really well between conny and bula last september. Its a close ride that time of year too. The fish take a south heading before they go to the west. There are lots of charters out of bula. You shouldnt have any problem with booking that time of year either.
