Question about Out-of-State licenses

I will be fishing the area around Erie, Pa and Presque Isle. Do I need both the PA annual license AND the Lake Erie permit?  I assume I also need the Combo Trout/Salmon tag if I want to keep any of those.
 
I am unfamiliar with the PA licensing regulations and slightly confused. I am from Ohio and will be fishing whenever I visit family in Erie, PA. I would like to be covered for whatever season and location I fish when I get there.  My first visit will be in early May.

Yeah, definitely get the permits. There's probably not much water to fish in that area that doesn't require one or both permits. If your only planning on fishing the bay shore for bass and panfish from may into the summer, maybe the Erie permit only. But if you're there October through April I would think you would want the trout permit too for steelhead or stocked trout.
