You need to store the picture in a site like photobucket then use the http// address.
    Resize
    pictures
to around 600x something before loading into your storage site

Put the link into the Add image icon-
        above where you write.

I'm taking it that you have a digital camera. If so you should have gotten software and a cord to up load the pics from camera to your pc.

Sounds almost like an exact copy of my Alaska trip a few years back.  Beautiful area isn't it?  I enjoyed every part.  The lady at the B&B we stayed at even cooked up our catch a few nights.  mmm...some of the best fish I ever ate!

Can't wait to see your pics, might even recognise some spots.

My favorite moment was when I hooked a 25lb king on a 3-weight while fishing for dollies on Deep Creek.  Epic battle, but an hour later 200 yards downstream I got him!

good luck getting your pics up!

Go to photobucket dot com and sign up, then upload your pics from your computer into photobucket, then put the adress they give you in the add image thingy when you post. (the very right most icon above the text box)

just as 2dog said up above

Leopard Bow From the Alagnak River, AK......Spot a King and cast just above him and you can bet there is a fat Bow laying behing him for the eggs.........WHAM!  "Fish On!"

Mutated Silver Salmon........Make sure you have plenty of jointed Leech patterns or something flashy with alot of movement. You will be stripping  them fast and hold on for aggressive strikes. Be sure to set the hook hard.

Believe when i say extremely aggressive!

Fresh Silver Salmon.......Take notice of the flies I used large, flashy, jointed sorts of patterns most of which were
    Cone Heads for extra weight

Fresh Silver Salmon is mighty tasty prepared on the camp fire, Anadromous....although not quite top notch as the Sockeye........Mmmmmmmmmmm....wish I had some right now.

I'll see about putting some more pics up, including a few patterns i used.

    Steelhead

All three are above the braids...if I remember correctly the one is around Moose Point.

Going through the braids we mostly caught Dollies, Bows and Grayling.

I was there for 7 days, it's a little hard to remember where all the pics were taken. Great times and memories etched forever...evryone should at least try to make it to AK at least once in their lifetime. I personally will be going a few more times.

Thanks, Greg.  It's good to be back.  As for where I've been...long story, but involved lots of fishing.

    More AK pics

    Midnight in AK

This Griz popped out of the brushy shoreline 10 yards from me...I backed off took a snapshot and slowly moved on my way

It's quite obvious that you're in Griz country.
Most trails are winding and worn down to bare ground with shoulder high vegitation on both sides...visability is limited, and one thing you don't want to do is supprise a bear....so make some noise traversing them.

    Our camp pet

Eagles are abundant and vocal, while ocassionally strike a pose for a snapshot.

Make sure you take plenty of provisions......Pubs are hard to find.

This last one was taken off the dock at the end of the evening session. I had some company, you can see what I mean if you look in the water in the background.
