ice get together?
I was thinking about this a few days ago and i thought why not have an ice get together on the bay?(if the ice decides to show) anyone think they would be in?

i was thinkin the bay of lake erie...if everyone likes trout maybe lake pleasant but im not sure of everones standards on what they like to brave the cold for...open to suggestions...

ill start a tally for where everyone wants to fish, ill name a few lakes off the top of my head too...ill leave myself out of the vote... Lake erie bay-3 Lake pleasant- Lake Lebeouf- Misery bay-1 Mouth of trout run-3 Presque isle area (ponds, etc.)- ill add if theres suggestions and arent to far from the erie area because im guessing most of the people who will parttake will be from the erie area..

We have an annual get together on the ice each year...FishErie Freeze Out. A great time, we cook out on the ice, contests, etc. Always a good time. Not to discourage you from having your own, just letting you know.
Worm_Waster- any word on the Freeze Out for this year?

Jim, I'm going to be in Vegas during our traditional Freezeout weekend. I'll be moving shortly thereafter. I really don't have the time to organize it. If someone else would like to organize, I'll be happy to find some donations for prizes.w_w.

cp, any of those places mentioned sounds good to me. Have always wanted to ice fish up in the bay and some of those inland lakes but never seem to go up. I'm still interested.
