Centerpin Outing

Its about that time to start organizing and getting the ball rolling. I know last year we moved the date up and it worked out fine. So lets hear what everyone wants to do and if we want to get hoodies again.

Middle of December? how does the 17th look?

If it's later in the season (around deer season) I would like to attend again.

Please come up with a date soon. I will be having a cleanup party the day after your event. I think I will call it "Pick Up After the Pinners." There will be many spent spawn bags and plenty of dead fish to pick up. Whoever wants to help with my event let me know and we can get this thing rolling. Thanks.

Always a joy seeing the good old swingaling come out of the wood work... its been a while...how've ya been swing? guys enjoy your outing...

Ok then We'll make it November 12th, we'll meet at Pauls camp which is at Uncle Johns Campground at 7am. It will be the same as the previous years everyone brings either food/drink. As it gets closer we will put together a food list.

As for the hoodies we'll see how many people want them and then we'll get prices together.

I'll take a hoody again but prob won't make the outing schedule says I will be in sunny southern CA

19th doesnt work for me but i could do the 12th. i vote 12th.

Ok we're staying with the 12th because the 19th is to close to thanksgiving.

Theres room for as many people that would like to attend.

I'll post an official sign up this was more to just get a date established and get people to start thinking about it.

I have been talking to Adam from Painefalls about possibly raffling off a reel this year at the event. The procedes from this would go towards the brown trout program. What we need to know is how much interest there is, Adam can't give us the reel but he will sell it to us at a discounted price for this event but we would have to raise at least the discounted price to cover cost. Like I said everything above and beyond would go to help with the brown trout.

I am thinking tickets would have to sell for $10 a piece but there would have to be a lot of interest to make this happen. You can pm me if you have other thoughts or ideas or just post them here.

I wiil definitly buys some tickets. hopefully there will be enough interest to make it happen.
