Certainly not you if you're depending on a ride to get there.

I would love to, but I have this little problem called work...  I have to be in the office tomorrow morning fairly early.  If I do decide to squeeze in some fishing it will have to be close to home....

    Skip,
I'd love to but I can't find a decent motel in all of Erie.  They're all full of Canadian women shopping!  I have a great idea on how to increase Erie area revenues.  The Erie Shopping Stamp.  All Canadians would be required to purchase a 15 dollar stamp to shop the Erie area malls.  They would be limited to 3 large shopping bags full per day, and could only leave with three days worth of shopping bags.  The monies from the stamp could be used to build more parking spaces, improve shopper access, re-stock depleted shelves, and help develop shopper "project areas" within the malls.
These "project areas" would consist of large conveyor belts where commodities could be dumped by the stores and the canadians could shop shoulder-to-shoulder grabbing all they could.

It was that whole Erie shopping stamp thing...  That was pretty good....  I just thought the pharmaceuticals might be getting the creative juices flowing.

Coming up from south of the Burgh (Westmoreland and Somerset Counties). Will probably start somewhere on Elk and then just play it by ear from there. My buddy George and I have tried to take in two days a week of beating the water since the first week of Oct. I'm retired and George saves a couple of weeks of vacation time to drown bait. So far it's been a very good year and by the numbers of fish caught, lost or just seen it should be great right up to a solid freeze of the streams. Even managed to take one of the grandsons up a few weeks ago and he landed a few. His main comment was "but why does it take so long to land them".
