Finally

Got out for about 3 hours yesterday afternoon. Hit the local pond to try for trout. Hooked up with 8 'bows, landed 6. Only 3 other guys fishing when I got there. They wern't doing well and left shortly after I arrived. Ice was about a foot thick. Very mild day for this time of the year. Didn't even need to wear gloves. Raining out this AM with a few snow flurries  thrown in. Hope the rain stops so I can hit it up again later on today.

Yes, same pond. Went out yesterday, the 21st, caught 6 in about 2 1/2 hrs. Nobody else there. Then the blizzard hit, so I went home. Wish I could have stayed longer, but the snow was really falling quickly. Figured the best thing to do was  leave. Ended up with about a foot or so of snow.
