trout stocking at basin

Supposedly east and west basin of the penninsula was stocked on Thursday Feb. 10. On Saturday there was no one fishing there. That's strange. Does anyone know if it was stocked?

They rescheduled the stocking to make it closer the the S.O.N.S of Lake Erie family ice fishing clinic held there Sat. the 19th. Last year we caught no trout and a guy with a camera showed us dead trout on the bottom near where they dumped them in. I don't think these stockies get the same jolt to get them going as they do when you toss them in the trout in the streams.
