    havent ever targeted smelt but remember presque isle being loaded 10-15 years ago...you couldnt keep em off your bait...have only seen a handful over the last couple years though

    Thanks. Since they sell for $5.99 a pound at the fish store by 26th and Greengarden, I guess that's what I'll haveto do.
