    No.

I was on top of a building at 12th and Pittsburgh, the puddles were all frozen over. It made me happy.

The question is did you drill threw the ice in the puddle? If you did then you may seriously have a problem. I can't wait for ice fishing

I went down to the park this A.M. to walk the pooch and the whole head of the bay is frozen over as far as I could see. Maybe not the east end yet. I won't be long.

The first two parking lots still had ice on them . As of sat. am.  Looked like the marina also was completely covered.

The bay is mostly iced over this morning, rather thin of course but it looks like we'll be out there earlier than last year

I posted this before but I think it's worth another reminder.

    Bay webcam:
    http://71.116.30.200:81/

Kinda temperamental but if you login as Guest, password Guest (as shown with cap G) you can see some good shots of the bay.
If the camera doesn't show up just click "snapshot", then click "go to" Channel, Perry Monument, etc... If nobody else is logged in you'll have control to look around at the conditions. May be useful to you guys and gals that have to travel to get here.

    Hope it helps.

Don't worry NW/Jigmaster....we got your back. I will be the first to speak up to anyone who does not like your reports....... "If you don't like someone giving an accurate ice report, **** off". Plain and simple !

Wondering how the ice is looking up around Erie ? I am making a trip up on Friday to scout around. Hopefully the pond or Misery will have some safe ice !!!! I need to get a few holes on my new auger.

"Boy, you should have been there yesterday..."

    haha...right.

Funny how the web makes it easy for little boys to be bully's...

I'm sure most comments on here that look mean spirited are actually just some good natured ribbing amongst fellow anglers though.

Now play nice and be safe out there..Happy Holidays btw.

The thing about ice is an accurate ice report can save lives and if you go there and see a huge group of huts you know something is up. In erie there is no ice spot burning, maybe on a private little pond that freezes over first, definately not the P.I. Bay.
