Saturday, 2.20.10 Report

Got the Grand Slam today - largemouth bass, crappies, bluegill and perch from the same hole! An absolute beautiful day to be out - got your sunburn lotion? The bass were suicidal today!

Awesome, think I might of saw you on the ice today, we had a black frabill flipover and a blue clam flipover next to each other, perch, bass, gills and towards dark was some of the best crappie fishing Ive experienced on PI, all from the same hole in some deep water.

The Lord has blessed us all today... It's just that he has been particularly good to me.

Yes, I was at the Stinkhole.

Too nice a day to pull the hatch over on my Fish Trap.

I was wondering how the evening bite was going to be. The celestial table on my Garmin GPS said the best fishing was going to be from 4:00 til 6:30. Good size on the crappies?

Most average, a few throw backs and a few that got the blood flowing as soon as you hooked into them.

That might have been a burbot deer blazer if you weren't sure whether it was a bullhead.  They're pretty **** ugly too!  Great to eat though
