SUGAR LAKE REPORT / CRAWFORD

    Haven't been over to Sugar since Sunday. But we got more snow up there than they do @ Wilhelm.....
    I bet there's 12-14" new snow on the ground around Sugar, less on the lake, but it'll be sloppy for a few.

    Fished last night from 3:30 till after dark, caught 2 perch and 8 gills, ice 10 to 14 inches with a 2 to 8 inch snow, slush, water mixture on top. This sounds more like Sugar Lake fishing I've known.

    Fished yesterday all day with the wife and kids,caught 2 bass, 1 pike, 4 perch, and a bluegill.
    Remember your sunscreen if you go out, we ended up with 10 sunburnt faces yesterday, the sun reflecting off the snow was brutal.
