LAKE PLEASANT REPORT / ERIE COUNTY

JUST CURIOUS ABOUT THE TROUT BITE.. ANYBODY ANY IDEAS WHERE ON THE LAKE TO LOOK FORPERCH ??

    Fished there late this afternoon, small bluegill and crappie
    Lots of snow about 10 inches on the ice.
    I find some perch in deep water close to the bottom.
    I don't fish for trout but if you fish just off the shore any where along Lake Pleasant Road you'll catch trout, It was just stocked a week or two ago.
    I've even caught 14-16 inch rainbows in 20-25 fow.

    Look to the heavens and thank God everyday that hunting is such a grand part of our lives.

    any action on lake as of late??

    any info would be great?

    can you fish at night here without getting your balls busted?

    My old man and I used to fish there at night all the time, but that was 20 years ago.

    As for current info, my buddy was out over the weekend and caught a limit of trout.

    Lots and lots of snow and slush, fishing was lousy, pick two empty holes caught two bluegills in 3 hours, seems to me more work than it was worth.

    lake no. 2 for the day ..went there this afternoon for a couple hrs. managed to watch a lake regular catch a limit of rainbows and leave. also managed to see his bait , and i had one too.. FISH-ON !!! 15.5 IN. RAINBOW in 24 FOW schooling through at 15 ft.down.. NW/
