autopilot

i have a 23' celebrity with an I/O, presently looking at the Raymarine sport pilot, i've got cable steering, i only need to go straight but i do want to go straight if you know what i mean. any help experience w/raymarine etc would be greatly appreciated. looking now to get the low winter price

    it will work the odd part on any auto is the set up the 3 cir left and 3 right looks like a drunk monkey at the helm

    Simrad is a great unit but you need 11" of clearance behind the wheel or you will be cutting into the bulkhead.

    I want an autopilot (don't need it though) but since I run a kicker for trolling I would be leaning more towards the TR1 or something similar.

    You may need to replace the cable as well unless it comes with an adapter to adapt your current cable to the AP.
