I like Hali's for perch tipped with a minnow head or maggots. Are you fishing the main bay or misery? You are gonna catch alot more gills than perch in misery. If you are fishing the main bay try fishing deeper.

The right jig size and color can vary depending on conditions and location. In general though, fish deeper and just off the bottom, shinners are a must. And if you do happen to catch a gill or two on shinners, they're usually hogs.

Definately fish deeper. Rarely do you catch any gills in more than 15 fow in the Bay.w_w.

If it has fins and gills, I'm there.

I like a pink and silver clown jig with maggots or a shinner but got to fish deeper water and maybe have to move to find a good amount of perch.
