Auger and holes

I don't want to have to bring the auger tomorrow.
Are the holes freezing from the night before?
Can I just "hole hop" ?
thanks

    where you fishin?

I'd think you won't have any trouble at the more popular places....should be holes all over Misery.

Inland & spots in the bay with less pressure will be froze up.

I honestly would bring the auger, even though there are holes every where, some of them might have to be drilled back through. It's been getting cold here at night, low 20's.

Holes are freezing, mine i used yesterday when I went to them today were frozen good. If you have an ice spud you can open them up, otherwize bring your auger. The nights have been cold. watching the forecast now and next week day and night temps dipping!!!!yes!!!!!

you should NEVER redrill holes with a hand auger. those blades will be shot as soon as you drill one or two out. holes freeze way harder than the rest of the ice...
