Thursday 12/31/09 on Lake Lonely

Met up with NYYank and Kay-Z on Lake Lonely Thursday. EagleEd was going to join us but was feeling a little sore from his spill on Wednesday. {Hope your feeling better today Ed and Happy Birthday to Mrs. EagleEd.} Was snowing pretty good when we got out but was real nice once it tapered off. NYYank had to head in a short time after we got out but he had caught a 9lbs Pike a little before we got there and caught a smaller one as he was packing up. Kay-Z landed his first fish through the ice with a small Pike and got a 5 pounder later on as he was packing up to leave (guess we should have pretended to pack up to get flags...lol). We stayed for a little while after Kay-Z left and had a few flags and lost one fish. Was an okay day with us all putting fish on the ice. Was great seeing you again Yank and meeting you Kay-Z, we got to do it again.

    Real fun day out Wisdom.  Thanks for showing me the ropes and the borrowed tip-up, which ultimately caught the bigger fish.  Look forward to hitting that place again.  Thanks again.
