    Good job on a great fly. Thats a good fly for just about all your major hatches. Don't have to worry about expensive hackle and they realy catch fish.

    There will be days when fishing is better than ones optimistic forecast, others when it is far worse. Either is a gain over just staying home.

    JLH, I like the tutorial.  Very nice.  What kind of hair...didn't see it named in slides.  For a better resolution try putting something light (white paper) behind dark flies and something dark behind a light colored fly.  Another way to add to that fly is use a few strands of rusty or olive colored antron as a trailing shuck.  Very effective fly whe they are not taking duns.  Works well after eaten a few times as well. Sits just in the surface and looks like a cripple.  ACB
