Quick Stick

I went and bought a Big Game Treestands Quick Stick XL the other day, mainly because of it's price (40 bucks for a twenty foot ladder). I went to set it up and I secured the first section to the tree and as soon as I stepped up to belt in the second section, the bolt holding the "U" piece onto the ladder on the first section snapped. The bottom section fell off. Thankfully, I was only about three feet off the ground. I went out and bought new hardware and replaced all the nuts and bolts that came with it. Maybe I was just unlucky but if any of you are considering getting this ladder, I'd think about buying better hardware to go with it.
