Latest Xbow info I have

I will start with this.  I opposed full xbow inclusion, but since they did it, leave it alone for a while.  I can not believe that the commissioners are this stupid, to try and change something at this hour.

I feel like once things are printed in the book ya get with your license...that's it! It may be hard to even ticket people using the defense of "it's in the book". My buddy just bought a crossbow, and he's huntin' it the WHOLE season, says it he'll take a ticket to the courts if he has too.

Change it back next year if they don't like it.

No Dane, it needs another approval.  It passed 4-3.  New Commissioner on as of yesterday.  He supports 6 week inclusion.  That'd be a 4-4 tie for the next vote.. meaning crossbows would be legal for all of archery season.

My reports and advice are for everyone to enjoy, not just the paying customers.

Spoke to Commissioner Martone last night.  He will vote for full inclusion.  4-4 tie, resolution does not pass and we have 6 week inclusion.  If for some reason therre was a flip of another vote, the resolution still requires a post in the PA state bulletin for 1 month, (which takes 60 days)  So in effect, unless a special meeting was called in early september, and there was a flip of a vote, You will have full inclusion all season this year.

Regardless, the PGC wonders why thier credibility is compromised, when they try to pull mickey mouse crap like this.
