More Secret Spots
So I coerced my family into a day @ a local lake on my day off.
They got a swimming Beach & a food stand. Also brought the blow up Yak. With all of this family goodness I knew I could sneak away undetected.
Lake fishing, Tail water Browns & Mtn. Brookies all within a couple hundred yards from the parking lot.
First things
I am not a big warm water fisher, but these guys were @ the boat ramp. See nemo- I can get em' too.
On to the tail water. Trouts are in the shallows- not the white stuff.

I stopped counting after a dozen. This was a good one.
Shallow- about a foot deep. Fun times. Bait dunkers quit fishing here in April me thinks..
On to Brookie land in a forest of Fern.
I cast to this for 5 minutes. Turns out it was a rock.
