water fleas

I normally would not ask advice on a discussion board like this as I am stubborn and like to do the research myself.  However, my searches have been fruitless.  Does anyone know of a site (internet, books etc..) where I could find instructions on tying water fleas.  I have read that they are good for steelhead.  Is this true?  I am a very inexperienced fly tyer but very interested in developing my skills in this art.

    expanding my horizons Tippy, the worm farm and salted minnows business did not take off as hoped.
