Hopefully with a few warmer days it will pick up some. Maybe I will run into you both down there sometime.At least the gas prices are low this year so far.

As much as I hate to agree with her its true...........They hit pretty good about a week after ice out then it went in the crapper with the rain and the crazy weather the water looked like chocolate milk then the **** geese.... If the Shawnee Fish-in is still in the works and you want some help baiting up let me know!

It bums me out to only hear of carpfishing at shawnee, not that I'm knocking it,,any other sign of life in that place yet besides carp and mini-bullheads?

I haven't been down this year but last year I saw some other fish being caught. I have seen pike,bass and walleye already. When I go there to fish I am specifically targeting carp so don't really go there for anything else. When I get a chance to go down if I see any other activity other than cats and carp I will let you know.
