    Yellow Humpies 12-14
Grasshoppers (something buoyant, i.e deer hair headed patterns) 10-12
    Beadhead Prince Nymphs 14-16
...and that's about it.  I've always used the prince as a dropper on either one of these two dries and did pretty darn good out there.

Bead head wolly buggers, they probably work anywhere.

changes in latitudes, changes in attitudes....nothing remains quite the same

    Synister,
Just a hint, if you are going to fish the grasshoppers fish them about 2-3 feet (or less) away from undercut banks with grass on them.  Many BIG western trout hold under these undercuts and hardly move except to amnbush food.   Also as strange as it may sound a black ant, red ant and a mosquito do well also.  And something in a 18-20 black midge type pattern.  If you can find a pattern that looks like a spider about 10-12 that can also do well if fished close to shore.  Enjoy your trip.

I'll second what indsguiz said above, pretty much anywhere there's a bend in a stream there's an undercut bank, and it's a really effective method to catch the bigger fish on dries, stop your cast a little early so the hopper hits the surface of the water first and makes a plop.  Instead of following all the way through from 10-2 stop a little short and lift your elbow so the fly hits first....it's like ringing the dinnerbell to those fish that are impossible to see.
