You're right 79 it's all them liberal dems fault that there may be an increase. Of course I think the price for a resident license went from $9.50 to $19.00 under Pataki after staying at the lower price under Coumo.
Times and circumstances change and all the IN at the time can do is roll with them or get rolled under by them.

It probably is a good idea provided the $ well spent..Here is some good reading I don't mind sharing.. http://www.savethefish.org/PDF_files/SWS_301_for_web.pdf  After reading it , it kind of gives a sense of awareness in what we can appreciate if we get involved in Wildlife management.. one can only hope our $ efforts are for conservation for preservation rather preservation for conservation. Hoping this is where our sportsmen dollars will be used for going forward

I don't think 70 bucks is bad if the $ goes back into the fishery & not into some empty suit's pocket.
I think PA fees are ridiculous for Resident. I think it's $39 a year to fish PA with Trout & Erie stamps.
You would think they could stock some fish later so there would be some Trout fishing during the Summer hatches and maybe some stream improvements.

Sal, I agree wholeheartedly, If the powers we intrust are sincere I doubt any sportsman/conservationist would  think otherwise.Just as long it is not throwing away money for some politians dinner.

Let the out of state non resident price wars begin... Pa was higher, now there almost the same, so Pa can raise it and say "We were always higher".

Reasonable increases are to be expected. As sportsmen/women we should be all together and not divided.

Residents of New York are getting a 50% increase in their licenses. Non Res. 75%. Everyone is happy with it? So be it.

So why so much an increase and no explaination as to why such an increase? They going to surprise us with more stocking programs or use our money to steal more from us?
