walleye rod

need a new rod  looking for something 36 to 40 inches long
for jigging walleyes
anyone have any ideas    maybe a good custom rod builder

    You looking to replace an ice fishing rod between 36 and 40 inches.? .. For open water jigging I use slightly longer all around ultra light combo for trout/crappie/walleye, may I suggest checking out gander mts.  pro select series 5.5ft ul fast action. I put a sedona 750 shimano and your favorite 4lb test (for me that be 4# fireline) The rod is every bit as good as those costing 150.00..st croix/g loomis/etc.  I think they are still about 80 bucks the new sedona is about 60 bucks.

    forgot to mention, the little sp1146 ugly stick lite is an excellent ultra jigging rod, My friend been using his for well over 5 years  exclusively for stockies in the spring and it is his only ice fishing rod.  I plan on buying one for next ice season, it isa kickass rod for the money too. It will do great for small stream brookies/stockies and jigging pond crappies.
