New hunting spot!!

Lost my hunting spot of 14 years last Nov. From then on I have been searching for a new one. It took awhile and a lot of asking and searching, but I just got permission to hunt(bow and gun) 25 acres of land 10 MINUTES from my house!!!  I was told by the owner it has lots of deer and turkey. Surrounded by an orchard, corn field, and soy bean field. I have not been out to scout it yet, but I can hardly wait. Almost the entire area is posted(sure beats hunting the local game lands). I guess I must be living right.  Thanks guys for you words of encouragement when I lost my honey hole.  NEVER EVER GIVE UP!!!!!!!!!!!

    they r putting in a new hi way where i live and the hunting woods are shrinking very fast. i still have a couple small spots to hunt but the guys that hunted right where the road is going are venturing in to the other woods and they are starting to get pretty crowded

    Most of the hunting spots we are loosing around home are to leases..Lot of ground getting leased and posted....

    mon-fayette exspressway.coming through right over the hill. only about a half mile away. they took out alot of good hunting and a few nice houses. the section from brownsville to uniontown been open for a couple months and any time i pass by there, there isnt a car on it. $.95 to go about 10 miles.

    Yeah, I know a couple people who are losing spots to the Mon/Fayette expressway.
